Most of our clients live abroad. You do not need to travel to India: send us a scan or photo first, and we confirm which steps your documents need and which originals to send.
Then courier the originals to our New Delhi office by DHL, FedEx or any courier you prefer. Mailing and return courier costs are paid by the client. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
We update you by email or WhatsApp at each stage, from state authentication and MEA to the embassy, and courier the completed documents back to your address.
To get an accurate answer quickly, tell us four things: the document you need attested, the state or university that issued it, the country where you will use it, and why it is needed, for example employment, higher studies, a family visa or business registration. If you have a checklist from an employer, university or embassy, attach it or mention it.
We work Monday to Saturday. Enquiries received outside working hours are answered on the next working day. Please do not courier any originals until we have confirmed the process and the list of documents with you.
