Visa Assistance and Document Attestation
Complete application support — because attested documents are only half of what a visa needs.
Most of our visa clients arrive already holding attested documents and discover that the application itself is the harder part: the checklist, the forms, the financial evidence, the appointment slot, the cover letter that explains why the trip makes sense.
We provide end-to-end assistance for visitor, student, work and business visas — building the file properly the first time rather than reacting to a refusal. Where attestation is also required, we sequence the two together so your documents are ready before the appointment rather than after it.
To be clear about what we are: we are a private documentation consultancy. We prepare and support applications. We do not issue visas, we have no influence over any decision, and no consultant can guarantee an outcome. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.
Who needs this
- Applicants for visitor and tourist visas needing a properly built file
- Students applying with attested academic documents
- Professionals on work permits and employment visas
- Business travellers and companies sending staff abroad
- Applicants reapplying after a refusal and unsure what went wrong
Why applications get refused
In our experience the majority of refusals are not about the applicant being unsuitable. They are about the file being inconsistent: dates that do not line up, funds that appeared in an account the week before applying, a stated purpose that the supporting documents do not evidence, or a form answered carelessly.
A visa officer has minutes to assess your file. The job is to make the story obvious and the evidence match it. That is what we do.
Attestation and visas together
Sequencing matters. Attestation can take three weeks; a visa appointment may be available in ten days. Booking the appointment first and discovering the documents are not ready wastes the slot.
We plan the two backwards from your travel date so they meet at the right point.
What we need from you
- A passport valid for at least six months beyond travel
- Photographs meeting the destination’s specification
- Financial evidence — bank statements, salary slips, tax returns
- Attested educational or personal documents, where the category requires them
- An offer letter, invitation or employment contract, as applicable

Frequently asked questions
No, and neither can anyone else. The decision rests solely with the embassy or consulate. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and correctly evidenced, which is what most refusals come down to.
Yes, and it is usually faster that way. We sequence the attestation so your documents are ready in time for your appointment rather than the other way round.
We review the refusal notice with you, identify what the officer flagged, and advise honestly on whether a reapplication is worth making and what would need to change.
Our fee covers the preparation and submission work, which is done regardless of outcome. We are clear about this before you engage us, and we will tell you in advance if we think an application is weak.
Very likely. Tell us the country and category and we will confirm whether we can assist before you commit to anything.
