How we work

You hand over your documents once. We tell you the exact chain of stamps your destination requires, what it will cost in total, and roughly how long it will take. Then we do it, and update you as each stage clears.

• One quote, no additions. Our service charge, government fees and embassy fees are all in the number we give you. Courier to and from us is paid by the client.
• Your originals are tracked at every stage and returned by courier.
• We say no when it is not possible. If your deadline cannot be met, we tell you before taking the job, not after.
• Direct submission. We deal with the embassies ourselves rather than passing your documents to a sub-agent.
