MEA Attestation Process:
Educational Documents:
Educational documents are first required to be attested by the state education department of the state government or union territory or HRD (Human Resource Department) from where the document has been issued. These documents are authenticated with the name, designation seal/stamp of the department.
Non-Educational Documents:
Non-Educational documents are first required to be attested by the state home department of the state government or union territory or HD (Home Department) from where the document has been issued. These documents are authenticated with the name, designation seal/stamp of the department.
Commercial Documents:
Commercial documents are first required to be attested by a relevant chamber of commerce. On each of the documents, a rubber stamp of the chamber of commerce is affixed, alongside the name & designation of the authorized signatory.
