As a Hague Convention country, Peru accepts a single apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs. There is no embassy stage, which makes it both cheaper and faster.

Peru works in Spanish, so documents in English often need a certified translation into Spanish as well. Where one is required it is normally legalised alongside the original rather than afterwards, and we confirm whether yours needs one before the file is submitted.
One practical point: the mission normally closes on Peru’s national day (July 28) as well as on Indian public holidays. If your deadline is tight, that is worth allowing for.
